I am not a person who is into clutter that much, but I love giving shelves and book cases a personal touch by adding some miscellaneous and decor items. The move objects cheat and pressing 9 and 0 (I'm using a German keyboard, so I am sorry if the keys are different in other parts of the world and this is confusing you) to raise and lower objects mostly do the trick very well, but sometimes you just can't get past these floating or sunken objects on top of your fridge or on chairs.
I normally build without custom content, because my creations can be downloaded easier that way. However, there is one set of items in build mode I cannot live without. Let me tell you all about these windows and doors by NynaeveDesign!
Like most people in Europe, my own interior mostly contains of furniture from a certain Swedish furniture store. It looks good, the collections are diverse and the price is fair. That's why I am so pumped about this custom content stuff pack by Illogical Sims.
For someone who likes to experiment with the looks of their sims, I feel like the game does not come with enough options in the body art section. Yes, with each pack some new tats are introduced, and discover university finally has piercings (very limited options though), but these quickly get old and boring. So, just as with furniture and clothes, I refer to custom content.
Do you also feel like The Sims 4 lacks diversity in terms of decor and modern furniture pieces? Like most Simmers, I like to help myself by downloading CC from multiple websites, but I mostly feel like the custom content items don’t have the same aesthetic as the game and you can spot the difference between items from the game and the ones you have downloaded for free very easily.
